Interested in Sponsoring a Blood Drive?
Assistance from the community is what makes the services provided by the Red Cross possible.
The criteria for a collection location is as follows: the collection room itself must be at least 1200 square feet, have heat/air conditioning, working bathrooms and running water; the site must provide at least 5 tables and 50 chairs and have adequate parking.
Unfortunately, from time to time and for various reasons, blood drive sponsors opt to reduce the number of drives they will conduct throughout the year or discontinue hosting drives altogether.
This is a challenge that is faced on a daily basis by all blood collection agencies.
Therefore, if you have any connection with locations in your area that might be willing to host a community drive, please let us know.
